Our claims services

Our claims services can be tailored to meet the customer’s individual requirements, and we offer a variety of products that can enhance the claims process from notification to completion. For example, we have developed a web portal, which is a secure online facility that allows our customers to view individual claims and their insurance documentation. We provide a triage facility to evaluate and discuss claims prior to submission, technical assistance with complex claims and a full claims solution with dedicated claims handlers for both motor and non-motor claims.

The use of our services significantly reduces the amount of time that customers spend on the claims process. We identify each and every element recoverable under the policy and negotiate the optimum settlement, ensuring that the entire process is completed as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

Miles Smith’s head office is based in the City of London, the address is: One America Square, 17 Crosswall, London, EC3N 2LB. There are two additional offices, one in Ampthill, Bedfordshire and one in Sudbury, Suffolk.

Who controls our spillage response?

Miles Smith has partnered with a UK leading loss adjuster, Davies Group, to manage any incident involving spillage or potential spillage. Davies has service agreements with a prominent number of UK spill companies and one of the leading specialists in inland oil spill response & remediation.
